Purchase Cancellation Policy

Physical Products

Customers may request to cancel an eligible physical-product order within 1 hour of placing the order.

After the 1-hour cancellation window has passed, the order is considered confirmed and can no longer be canceled, as processing and preparation may have already begun.

To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible and provide your name and order number.

If your cancellation is approved, any applicable refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow your payment provider's standard processing time for the refund to appear.

Digital Products, Downloads & Online Courses

All sales of digital products, downloadable products, and online courses are final.

Digital products, downloads, and courses are fulfilled immediately upon purchase, with access or downloadable content made available to the customer. Because fulfillment begins immediately, these purchases cannot be canceled, returned, exchanged, or refunded after the order has been completed.

The 1-hour cancellation window does not apply to digital products, downloadable products, or online courses.
