Shipping Policy

📦 Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3–7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has shipped.

Please note: During high-volume seasons, launches, or holidays, processing times may be slightly extended.

🚚 Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

• Domestic Orders: 5–10 business days after shipment
• International Orders: 10–21 business days after shipment (depending on destination)

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues beyond our control.

 

🌍 International Shipping

We currently ship to select international locations. Please be aware that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.

📬 Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

📦 Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

We are not responsible for lost or delayed packages once they are in the carrier’s possession. However, if your order arrives damaged or you experience an issue, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can assist you.

🖥️ Digital Products

All digital products (including PDFs, courses, and downloads) are delivered electronically and do not require shipping. Access details will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

Due to the nature of digital products, all digital sales are final.
