Refund & Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with Whispers at Sunrise. We value your trust and want you to feel confident in every purchase. Below you’ll find our clear and simple policy regarding refunds, returns, and digital product access.

Digital Products (Instant Downloads, eBooks, Devotionals, Journals, Courses)

Because digital products cannot be returned, all digital sales are final.
This includes (but is not limited to):

  • PDF devotionals & workbooks

  • Digital journals

  • Downloadable templates

  • Video courses or lessons

  • Canva templates

  • E-books or digital reading materials

Once a file has been downloaded or accessed, refunds cannot be issued.

However, if you experience a technical issue (e.g., file won’t open, link not working), please contact us within 7 days and we will happily resend the file or restore access.

Physical Products (Printed Books, Journals, Merchandise – if applicable)

If your order includes a physical product, you may request a replacement or refund if:

  • The item arrives damaged

  • The item arrives misprinted

  • You received the wrong product

To process a request, please notify us within 7 days of delivery with:

  1. Your order number

  2. A description of the issue

  3. Clear photos of the damaged/incorrect item

Once verified, we will issue a replacement at no additional cost.
Refunds are issued only when a replacement cannot be provided.

Please note:
We do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizing, or change of mind.

Course or Membership Access

All course and membership sales are final due to immediate content access.

Cancellations 

Orders for digital products cannot be canceled once processed.
If you placed an order for a physical item and need to cancel, you must reach out within 24 hours.

Processing Time

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Processing time may take 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
